Since all our services involve significant time, resources, planning, and team allocation, our cancellation and refund rules are defined to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. General Policy (No Refund After Delivery)
Once the service has started, resources allocated, or task delivered, no refund will be provided. Digital services are non-returnable and non-reversible; therefore, all payments are considered final once work begins.
2. Cancellation Before Project Start
If a client requests cancellation before project initiation:
• Within 24 hours of payment: 100% refund
• After 24 hours but before kickoff: 50% refund
If project kickoff meeting or planning has started → No refund
3. Refunds Not Allowed In These Cases
No refund will be provided if:
• Client changes mind after work has started
• Client fails to provide content/information/approvals on time
• Client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days
• Delays due to third-party services
• Scope change or extra feature requests
• Service partially/fully delivered
• Website/app/software deployed
• SEO/Marketing cycles already run
4. Milestone-Based Projects
• Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable
• Upcoming milestone payments may be cancelled before start
• No refund for past work already delivered
5. Monthly Subscriptions (Hosting, Maintenance, SEO, SMO, Marketing)
• Subscription fees once charged are non-refundable
• Cancellation stops next billing cycle
• Current cycle remains active until end date
6. Custom Software, Mobile Apps & Large Projects
• No refund once development has started
• UI/UX, architecture, planning, and research fees non-refundable
7. Digital Products (Themes, Templates, Scripts)
• No refund once product is downloaded or accessed
• Technical issues will be resolved by support team
8. Project Cancellation by Capital Technology
We reserve the right to cancel projects if:
• Terms violated
• Abusive behavior
• Fraud/chargeback attempts
• Illegal usage
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
9. Chargeback / Dispute Policy
• Project paused immediately
• Logs & legal documentation submitted
• Access/licenses may be revoked
• Penalty may apply

11. Refund Credit Time Frame
If approved, refund amount will be credited within 7–10 business days to the same original payment method used during purchase. Timelines depend on bank/payment provider and may vary due to weekends and public holidays.
