Since all our services involve significant time, resources, planning, and team allocation, our cancellation and refund rules are clearly defined to ensure transparency and fairness.
Once service has been started, resource allocated, or task delivered, no refund will be provided.
Digital services are non-returnable and non-reversible; therefore, all payments are considered final once work begins.
If a client requests cancellation before project initiation:
Within 24 hours of payment: 100% refund.
After 24 hours but before kickoff: 50% refund.
If project kickoff meeting/planning started → No refund.
No refund will be provided if:
Client changes their mind after work has started
Client fails to provide content, information, or approvals on time
Client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days
Delays are caused due to third-party services
Scope change or extra features are requested
Service is partially or fully delivered
Website/app/software has been deployed
SEO/Marketing cycles have already run
For phased or milestone projects:
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
Upcoming milestone payments may be cancelled before they start
Refund is not provided for past work, designs, or code already delivered
Subscription fees once charged are non-refundable
Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle
Current cycle remains active until end date
Because these projects require team assignment, planning, architecture design, and server setup:
Absolutely no refund once development has started
UI, UX, architecture, research, or planning fees are non-refundable
For downloadable products:
Refunds are not allowed once the file has been downloaded or accessed
In case of technical issues, our team will provide fixes
We reserve the right to cancel projects if:
Client violates terms
Uses abusive behavior
Attempts fraud or chargeback
Uses software/services for illegal activities
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
If a client files an unnecessary dispute or chargeback:
Project will be paused immediately
Legal documentation & project logs will be submitted
Access and licenses may be revoked
A penalty may be charged
